Huh. Didn’t expect both the ski jumping and bobsledding to share the same origin.
Don’t know about this one in the picture but I’d guess that it was the Switchback Railway or [Water Chute](https://digitalarchive.tpl.ca/internal/media/dispatcher/1987152/full) at the Irish International Exhibition of 1907 that would be the first coaster type rides the country had.
None survived
He’s about land on a net (you can see the rigging in the right side of the pic) so I’d imagine this is some kind of stunt show.
