How did you get idea to eat blitva with sataraš. Never seen that combination.

Nice effort, and I want to say congrats :), but blitva usually goes with grilled fish and some white bread.
Sataraš should be mixed with rice. Don’t listen to the haters, very cool from you for trying something new, if you try to improve it a bit more, you will be a real croatian 😉

I prefer my blitva to be mostly leaves + a tiny bit of potato. And for seasoning: a bit of olive oil, a clove of garlic and some parsley goes well! You can also add a few lemon drops before eating
