Qual è la forma equivalente in Svizzera se qualcuno vuole registrare una società con scopo di beneficenza/non-profit? Verein/Associazione è l’unica opzione?

For everything you dont want to earn money with Verein is the much better Option.
No official buerocrats needed. Simply be 3 people, make Statuten (you can find templates online) and have a GV where you get drunk together every year.
