Feels like this issue is going to become more and more commonplace as generations of people are locked out of homeownership by spiralling housing costs and forced to rent on their pensions through inefficient and shite systems like HAP.

God, landlords are such scum. They provide nothing and leach the little us workers have.
Once people that rent retire they are fucked.
No way to afford rent on a state pension.
