I was once on a Ryanair flight, and you know how they make you wait in the jetway for way too long. A group of 4 Slovaks drank an entire bottle of whiskey while waiting there. That was the most annoying flight I’ve ever been on because none of them were sitting next to each other but continued to have conversations like they were.

So, drinking at the airport should be limited, because of “disruptive passengers”, but buying however many drinks you want in the plane is totally fine and causes no disruptions? Because Ryanair will happily sell you drinks.
It’s just a convenient excuse to attempt to earn more money from people who can’t or won’t fly sober.

Ryanair wants to limit all air passengers drinking because its own customers can’t handle their booze?
Yeah, sure, right.

How about holding the disruptive passengers accountable ? Punishing businesses selling alcohol and responsible people that enjoy drinking isn’t the answer.

So, I am thankful Wizzair and Ryan don’t seem to clash, cause we southies just sleep it off and nobody’s loud on a plane. We’re loud outside and at parties. I need my 1-3h nap.
