I`ve worked in the field for some time and had some oppurtunities to look at overhead planing.
Most call centers are pure grindstones who will would even pay you less if the had the oppurtunity. But it is not just greed by the call center owners. Contract owners, even the big ones are paying absolute shit.
Everyone shit and pis their pants at the same time and stay at work, it will be bad, but you will never not be allowed to go to the toilet again.
