Hey OP,
This letter is just about that, they will start to charge you the RADIO TAX, from the October of 2024, and as per I see from the mail, you gave them a SEPA mandate, so technically, you do not need to do anything, this is just a notice.
If u wanna learn more about Radio Tax, there are a few online guides and such.
