      It has a shelf life until AT LEAST the end of January 2025. So it’s not the expiration date, but the date until it has a **MINIMUM** shelf life. It usually has a much longer shelf life.

      1st of January 2072 and I won’t accept anything else!

    3. As someone else already said: It is not an expiration date, it’s a best-before date. So if you don’t store it in a hot place it may be good for even weeks or months after the end of january. The chocolate may start to get something called “bloom”, a slightly white discoloration. This may not look nice but is still totally edible and safe.

      See – smell – taste. Fuck the printed date. Even salt has an expiration date.

    5. The expiry date guarantees shape, consistency, form, aroma, taste and structure until that date. Any time after Jan 2025 one by one will decrease and at some point will go bad for consumption.
