Secondo il rapporto Eurostat pubblicato, i ciprioti si classificano all’ultimo posto in termini di fiducia negli altri. Non sono del tutto sorpreso. Personalmente, mi aspetto che le scadenze aziendali vengano rispettate.

Trusting others has been vilified in Cyprus. You trust others because you are stupid. So if they cheat you it’s your fault.
Some people are out there trying to screw people over because you either fuck others or others fuck you.

After the economic crisis in Greece and Cyprus, people have started to trust people less and less. We have adopted this idea that “some people are out there trying to screw you over” and that you’re stupid for trusting other people.
