Questa cosa era già lì quando sono arrivato, è alta circa 1 m, è accanto a una porta quindi sarebbe carino tagliarla in modo che la porta possa aprirsi completamente, ma capisco che sia molto importante perché non voglio che l’acqua si rovesci dentro il mio giardino, quindi qualche consiglio?

What is that thing? Whatever it is, it probably has a reason to be the way it is. Wouldn’t touch it unless I knew exactly what happens if you do.
It looks like that thing is drain, do not cut it.
Inspection well for underground drainage. You can cut it at ground level or even below and mark it’s location somewhere.
