OP seems to have a weird obsession with Heneghan but he’s not exactly covering himself in glory here.
Keogan is a lunatic.
The article rather undersells Keogan’s views. She’s gone down the alt-right esque line of politics a lot of times. Lot of culture war type stuff, lot of anti-trans stuff. Defending the Burkes. It’s not one set of dodgy comments.
You can be left wing and a bigoted homophobe and science denier. They are not solely right wing traits even if they are indelibly associated with right wing identity politics of recent decades.
Henegan fucked around and is finding out, fast.

I’d never heard of this Barry Heneghan and have seen two negative media stories two days in a row.
Perhaps his political radar is not the most attuned.

This is why I will never vote fucking independent. This snake might have made all the right sounds, but his actions a very clearly not aligned with said sounds.
It’s disappointing that Barry Heneghan would support someone who’s basically a Fascist in all but name. He really should know better.
I kind of knew Barry Heneghan in college. I graduated in 2019. He would call me at 2/3/4am up until 2 years ago, around 4 years after I graduated and hadn’t spoken to him since. I only had a few encounters with him in college. He had my phone number because we were involved in one of the same clubs & socs. I had to text him and tell him to delete my number because it kept happening repeatedly. Bizarre behaviour.
