Pretty sure it’s across the post office next to the Eleftherias Square. Diagonally across actually, opposite the now old Nicosia Town Hall.

As stated already, it’s Konstantinou Paleologou just before eleftherias square it is across the old municipality hall (left in the street view) and in front of kalopsidas cafe (or something like that on the right) although the building is most famous for the coronet strip club, onr of the oldest in Nicosia that still works (?)
