Sto davvero male in questo momento e ho davvero bisogno di un po’ di questo, ma dalle ricerche che ho fatto non riesco a trovarlo qui. Qualcuno può consigliarmi un’alternativa che posso trovare in apteekki o altrove?

Should have an ingredient list in the back that can help find the closest substitution.
If its menthol etc then vaporub will do just fine, eucalyptus oil, mint oil, etc are other ones if you just need something to drop in to hot water to breathe in with steam.
When my nose is blocked I use one of those inhaler things: I pour in some super hot water, put a couple of drops of this and inhale. It helps me a lot. It’s not really the same though – others have suggested Vicks vaporub which is also very good.
