I have looked up the manual and still have no idea what the problem is. Hot water is working but the radiators and stove are not. I’ve contacted our rental manager but so far they have been unhelpful. I have a feeling something is broken, or turn off that I don’t have access to, but I would love to be wrong! Any advice is very welcome. I think the model is kombi kompakt hr 36/30

Can you post a close up still photo please?

It’s likely the pressure for the radiator cooling system is too low. Use the fill loop and add until you are just below 1 bar

What does the pressure gauge show? low pressure js a common cause of problems

Have you checked the pressure of the water circuit? It often loses pressure and the boiler stops operating the heating.

Without pressure the system fails

Is that temperature setting in Fahrenheit or Celsius? It would be a tad toasty if the latter.

The pressure gauge shows almost 0. There should be a water pass lever (sorry for my English) to let fill the circuit. Usually is one of those below. You turn it and watch the pressure go up (green zone).
Then it would work. And after that you have to check for air in the radiators. If a part of a radiator is not hot, it has air.
