      I don’t know this version with the face, but otherwise the “pride flag” in German colors is used by right-wingers / Neo-Nazis as a nationalist counter symbol to the LGBT+ pride flag. Just google “Stolzflagge”.

      That flag is often used by right wingers. It was a big symbol for internet righties about 6 months ago. I don’t quite remember why they used that instead of the regular flag, but they don’t always make sense…

      The guy, Kaiser Wilhelm II, probably represents their wish to return to the old Kaiserreich. In particular the borders pre WW2 when we still had a lot more land in the east.

      This together is like an abstract version of the Reichsflagge. It’s a right wing sticker and you should take it down if you get the chance, though do look out for razor blades.

    4. It is the Logo of Krautzone, a paper Magazine that offers non-mainstream media.
      I can recommend, they often use the german flag with its classic colours as part of their identification statements
