Recentemente ho perso la mia patente di guida europea e invece di farmela sostituire a casa preferirei semplicemente prendere una patente finlandese, il che, a quanto ho capito, è perfettamente possibile. È importante sottolineare che scadrà anche ad aprile, quindi probabilmente si tratterebbe di un rinnovo + sostituzione contemporaneamente, se possibile, ma non mi è chiaro. Qualcuno può spiegarmi quale autorità dovrebbe farlo e di quali documenti avrò bisogno? Le informazioni che ho trovato online su suomi.fitraficom ecc. sono piuttosto confusi. Mi trovo specificamente a Oulu.

That reminds me I should exchange my licence exactly because of that possibility. If you’re registered as resident here, your home country shouldn’t issue a licence. And I think you have to hand in your licence to get a Finnish one. But now you don’t have it.
Will be keeping an eye on this topic to see if there’s an easy solution for these situations.
