I doubt they would have made any progress at all if there was more assistance. Europeans could have been digging trenches behind the front lines.
Ukraine also doesn’t have the manpower to retake regions. Without some decisive force multipliers or drafts, it will come down to Russian attrition. If they can find ways to take more Russian territory, they can even negotiate back territory. If they gain air control, that’ll be a massive force multiplier enabling an assault.
Yes, we all know that, that doesnt mean we need to risk more ukranian and volunteers lives over not sending peacekeeping troups. Dont engage in combat, just hold the line, ok, but do fuckin something already…

But if putin has money he will hire people from: Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela….
