      Zelenskyy is correct when he says his country will not be allowed to join NATO if the US opposes this. He is very wrong when he thinks the US will be able to force other countries though.

      Even if Zelensky has to call all of the EU a bunch of weakling sissies to cozy up to Trump, by all means he should. I don’t think a single Ukrainian minds acting like a MAGA lapdog if it means getting their borders back.

      I feel bad for Zelensky.

      Not only is he facing a genocidal maniac with delusions of grandeur to his east, he will have to, to some degree, tongue Trump’s asshole for the next god knows how long, so the diaper-wearing rapist doesn’t fuck him over completely.

      I really, really, really hope EU learns from all this.

      Last time I checked, new members are voted on by all countries, not single handedly added by the US

      Ukraine needs to get accepted into NATO asap. Delaying for X years like Trump previously suggested is not an option, otherwise, all Russia has to do in the future is start a small conflict in Ukraine again and Ukraine won’t qualify for NATO accession again. That’s one of the reasons why they were dragging this war for 11 years now. Ukraine can’t join NATO as long as there is any conflict.

      Nobody wants Ukraine in NATO. Zelensky should have kept Ukraine within neutrality if he was smarter.
