To put it into perspective this weather event is being reported in the news in the US and Canada. The US have sent one of their C130 storm chaser planes to track it.
Even if it turns out to be half of what they are saying it’s going to be very bad.

Shout outs to a couple of dipshits in work claiming they always make it out to be worse than it is, and a supervisor (not mine thank gods) who was telling an underlying that if it’s downgraded to orange at 6am you’d be expected to come in, after our combined areas have already been told to come in.
