Smallest house has an area of 4 square metres. It’s located in the old Schnoorviertel (string quarters) in the Northwestern German city of Bremen. The price was € 77.777 before it was bought some years ago. The 4th picture is a bit blurry, it was the only one I found that showed the underground and basement.
Tallest house is 180 metres high and located in the financial capital of Germany – Frankfurt am Main. I looked at the flat prices … it wasn’t built for the average man.
