“This directive, which took State Department officials by surprise, appears to include funding for military assistance to Ukraine, Politico reports.”

“Officials believe the halt will affect key allies, including Ukraine, Jordan and Taiwan.”

Just when we were celebrating that Trump’s executive order on Day 1 excluded military aid for Ukraine.

I bet the halt on foreign aid across the board was just to camoflauge Trump stopping aid specifically for Ukraine

      Fucker.

EU – time to do more. More is more. More must mean enough.

There’s a reason why Musk and the other oligarchs are opposed to aid to Ukraine.

The robber barons want their countless billions for helping Trump win.

Their huge pay-offs have to come from somewhere.

This does not affect the aid that has already been allocated under previous admin. Also, the State Dept. only sets policy. How much aid and where it goes is up to Congress. Currently, about 70-80 percent of congress is in favor of Ukraine.

It’s complicated and I’m generalizing but this is not as bad as it sounds. Let’s wait to see how congress and the DoD acts.

(Also please correct me if I’m mistaken)

Does anyone want three guesses on which country is not included in this order?

As I understand it flows of military assistance to Ukraine remain unaffected.

I know we’re all worried about Ukraine right now, but there is a wider point here, that the US is abandoning its allies all over the planet. Others will step into their place and it will not end well.

I swear if we lose Ukraine because of shit like this..

    10. Relax, our (Ukrainian) officials have already disproved that yesterday. Right now there aren’t any issues, and I hope it stays that way, if not better
