Pretty sure the first three words are “მადლობა რომ ჩემში” “Thank you for in-me -“, I can’t figure out the rest though. It’s written in very heavy cursive.
“მადლობა რომ ჩემში ხელოვნების სიყვარული გააცოცხლე” – “Thank you for reviving my love of art”

It is hard to read, but I think there is written- მადლობა, რომ ჩემში ხელოვნების სიყვარული გააღვიძე, meaning thank you for waking up the love of art in me
