Well it is just another accident and no one should be plamed for this I guess..
Honestly by now they should just fire that torpedo. As Russia pretends it’s not their ships, they can hardly complain about it going up in smoke.
I know we can’t stop all non-EU ships, especially since we rely on this ourselves e.g. between Taiwan and China. And that we can’t have frigates shadow every foreign ship.
Would it instead be possible to enforce __narrow__ shipping corridors that would make it easier to have our own military vessels guard near undersea infrastructure?

Destroying this type of infrastructure should be considered an act of war and they need to blow those ships out of the water.

When are we going to recognize, that we (the nordic countries) are at war with Russia. Stop turning the blind eye, destroy every Russian vessel we see in the baltics. Please and thank you.
Does anybody know where the critical internet cables used by Russia are? These should have been snapped in half a long time ago.

Sorry, but at some point we have to start sinking these vessels. We know who they are and their intent, it’s a mistake to let it continue.

Could we please have a “Ramming accident” if we spot a ship dragging its anchor? Not that I expect to be impacted much, but the Baltics are probably more concerned. If these ships are flagged in third party countries IE, not Russia the EU should perhaps start asking for ownership status on all vessels or the ships can’t dock/trade with the EU.
Probably not feasible or legal, but simply capturing the guilty culprits didn’t do much to dissuade this current sabotage.

Give Ukraine the right to operate in the baltic with their drone ships and solve the problem. No Russian fleet, no protection for bad behavior.

I don’t understand what Russia’s plan is here. This hardly damages our economy but pisses off people to an extent where additional aid to Ukraine will be easier to sell to the voters.
