Finally some good news
Our famed “national drink”! Owned wholly by a British company. Every cent of profit goes to enriching a non-Eu company (although, their shareholders could be from anywhere to be fair). Our other two famous stouts, Beamish and Murphys, are also foreign owned by heineken, which is at least in an EU country. Too bad all of our homegrown brands get bought out eventually. Every major brand of Irish whiskey is foreign owned too.
