Proprietà interessante in vendita: ex fabbrica di Ashtarak

This former factory is for sale in Ashtarak – I have nothing to do with it, but thought it was cool. I’m thinking maybe I’ll share interesting properties now and then.

Beautiful huge building, 12 minute walk to the main square. I’d say it would be very cool to convert into loft apartments (like they’ve done in their artists renderings, but without the traditional looking exterior they’ve used – they need to embrace the industrial look ffs).

I think it’s overpriced, but that’s something that would have to be discussed with the sellers. But this huge factory space (which is labeled as Polyraphy Works on Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/xSK5y3Sg9AeXnz2K9 ) costs less than an apartment on Norther Avenue!

Interesting minds of Reddit, someone do something cool with this please.

Great looking building. Hopefully they put it to good use. Similar buildings here have been turned into lofts. From the renderings, looks like they are planning something similar.
