Ciao, il mio contratto di noleggio ha queste dichiarazioni su Kündigung e termina ad agosto. Devo trasferirmi ad aprile per trasferirmi in un’altra città. Posso ancora inviare Kündigung al mio padrone di casa e andarmene dopo 3 mesi? Se non riesco a quali siano le conseguenze, sono davvero preoccupato. 🙁

Fixed-term contracts usually can’t be canceled without a reason.
You could sublease (with the landlord’s approval!) the apartment for the remainder of your lease.
As far as I know, it’s legal to not allow premature cancelation of the lease, if it’s a fixed term lease.
Worst case, you might need to keep paying until August.

Moving to another city for job reasons is entitled to extraordinary termination. You just need to find another tenant or else you need to pay rent till august.
Well, what’s the reasoning for the fixed-term lease? Generally, you need a reason to be allowed to not make the lease unlimited.
If there is a valid reason, well, you signed the contract, you have to follow the contract. Disallowing ordinary terminations is legal for fixed-term leases.
