If privacy is a concern, run it locally ( there are scaled down versions of deepseek which one can run locally, although not as good as the full model, they’re still pretty damn impressive )

Deepseek has open source models. You can run them entirely locally without an internet connection if you want to, which would mean absolutely 0 information sent to China.

Not sure what they expect to achieve with this
