Find the companies and shut them down
Name and shame.
If it was not done legally (In accordance with Ukrainian law) then those companies are forfeit. State ownership and management until they can be sold to (Ukrainian) owners.
No Ruzzian oligarchs shall remain.
Watch out for those ‘management’ or consulting companies; They can have people inside all-sorts of operations in business and government.
