I would say it’s more likely that Russia in its current configuration is a fictional state, doomed to pull apart into its component pieces.
People unaware of Romania’s cancelled presidential elections in december may want to read up on that topic a bit. He is the reason the election was cancelled and is not allowed as a candidate for the next elections (can currently be appealed).
