They were fucked for not playing County unlike their brother.

Two and a half years and three years, with the last six months suspended on both brothers.

How come Kyle got off so lightly?

You’d have to wonder on the sentence here. This would be what Kyle should have gotten for his assault. The pre-meditated nature of this one with weapons should have meant 10+

Delighted to see the two scumbags locked up . Shame on that crappy GAA club for giving them character references and any others who covered up for the low lives.

” Testimonials on behalf of the two defendants were handed into court, including from Kildimo Pallaskenry GAA Club where Cian Hayes is captain of the current County Limerick Junior B hurling champions.

The brothers retired secondary school principal, John Egan, also provided a testimony on each of their behalf, the court heard. ”

A bit of good news at last from Limerick.

It would be truly splendid if Kyle joined them in the slammer. One lives in hope.

      For. Beating. A. Friend.

Christ, I’d hate to be their enemy.

      >The two convicted brothers erroneously believed Mr Ryan had gotten romantically involved with Daragh Hayes’s ex-partner and mother of his two children. The court heard there was no evidence to support this false assertion and that it had no basis in reality.

      Dating his ex-partner? Oh noe!

How weird is it that the victim even had to deny this? None of these scum-buckets’ business who an ex dates.

Weren’t reared properly at all. Questions have to be asked about the parents there.

      Dogshit family.

How this wasn’t classified as an attempted murder, and on top of that it was premeditated. This is a farce!

An incredibly low sentence, considering the absolute beating they gave the victim before pouring him barely conscious into his car & forcing him to drive himself away.

The character references from the local GAA club & the school principal plus the community shunning the victim is disgraceful.

If only they were good at hurling, they wouldn’t be getting jailed.
