That’s exactly what attracts clients to “top” insolvency practitioners.
Managing to make a default in a manner that costs the bankrupt as little as possible whilst managing to protect as much of their wealth as possible.
That he does via questionable methods of asset transfer and obfuscation is a given, not acknowledged but widely known tbh.

usually its a solicitors job is to advice what legally can be done to have the outcome the client want in term of the extent of law
