And at the same time most comments in this sub seem to be people who bought the lies from the far right that immigration is the problem.

Immigration restrictions won’t fix your job, low wages, crime, the economy or the housing crisis. It will only worsen our demographic change and make the collapse of the pension system even more drastic.

Demonstrations are fine and they look great on camera. My problem is they give people a false sense of reality. There can be a demonstration of 50,000 people, even up to 2 million people and it creates this sense of reality and superiority through the media when in reality that would still even be a very small portion of what the population feels like. In reality what it shows is that a small percentage of the population is dissatisfied. And often times demonstrators are protesters or whatever get this sense of superiority in their mind and demand change because of the person to the left and right that they see. They think that means majority that’s not the case at all. I’ve paid very close attention to protest and demonstrations over the last 20 years of my life and I’ve seen this happen to Political spectrums more times than I can count. If you do attend a huge demonstration, don’t be surprised the day after election results at what you see.
