Nobody knows whether theories are true or not. But in my opinion, the opposite is more likely to be the case. They wanted to see how much the Greens and the SPD would go along with them on asylum policy.
I somehow doubt the CDU would be able to come up with such a plan that requires foresight.
Is the suprising protests a indication that germany isent going to turn into a far right hellhole ? Or just wishfull thinking ? I still think its going to be a afd cdu coalition sweep
