Didn’t Zelensky hold out on making a deal on these minerals with Biden, to ensure the credit for the deal will go to Trump? Sounds like the usual Trump tactic, claiming yo achieve something through tough deal making that was already decided before hand!
Okay, this sounds good right? Those minerals are in Russia occupied Ukraine so that means trump will need Ukraine to win? My only concern is what stops trump from just going to sad Vlad and making the same deal? Sorry if it’s a stupid question.
Ukraine should take the deal I think. The US will then have an interest in keeping it russia free for a long time.
Obviously it needs to be construed in a way where the deal guarantees Ukranian freedom from oppressors until at least pre 2022 borders
