It It looks like your health insurance contributions have not been paid.
If you are an employee, this would have been your employer’s job. Apparently he didn’t do this and possibly didn’t even register you with the health insurance fund, which is why they now want the money from you.
You should contact AOK IMMEDIATELY and clarify the problem. Otherwise, the contribution will be collected, which is usually done via a bank account seizure.
AOK wants money from you. This isn’t the first letter they send you about the matter.
You need to talk to them like yesterday and find out what this is about.
This is like one step before they will seize your account.

well first of all this isn’t the first letter you received. you probably had several months to talk to them and you didn’t.
call them ASAP and sort this out. most likely your employer didn’t pay or even terminated your contract and sent this information to the AOK. talk to them to find out what’s going on and sort it out.
