Ciao ragazzi, solo il Mt voleva chiedere se si tratta di una procedura normale chiedere di più Nebenkosten quando si trasferisce? La prima volta che abbiamo avuto una cosa del genere e non ha senso per me. Abbiamo pagato i costi secondari mensili.

What you pay monthly is an estimated amount. Every end of the year (or in your case, when you moved out) the real costs are calculated, the amount you already paid is subtracted, and you’re billed for the difference. Whether the amounts are realistic I can’t judge, but the procedure seems normal.
Idk. Yes, you are paying akonto for Nebenkosten but this gives me some off-vibes, I’ve never gotten something like this when I moved out.

– Allgemein Strom (normally you pay Strom directly)
– The Abrechnungsperiode starts before your contract. AfaIk you don’t have to pay for stuff that happened before you moved in.
This sounds fishy. Go ask your Rechtschutz about this …
