He looks like your man in silence of the lambs who had his face eaten off him
I don’t know if it is from plastic surgery.
It looks like a lot of bone loss particularly on the lower jaw. If his face was more filled out round the mouth and above chin the roundy cheeks would be less obvious.
Dunno tho, maybe this is aged filler migrating down the cheeks 🤷🏻♀️
