      So do the women apply to the Gardai and how.do they prove they are in a relationship ? Is it only for women?

      The onus would be on the Gards to tell women that their new fella has a history of violence? How would they know if the offender was seeing someone?

      All for this but you would have to be sure it goes thru a court. Sorry I love women but a lot of them are manipulative vindictive cun*Ts when scoren. They know they can’t win a physical fight but they use psychological warfare
