People who truly need counseling are again foregoing it for fear of it being used against them. A flawed legal process.
Surely with GDPR and all that, you could request your therapist to not take notes/ get rid of your notes? Although I suppose that would make it difficult for the therapist to keep up with the case.
Can’t see why the notes should be required as evidence unless the professionalism or honesty of the therapist is challenged.
