Qualcuno può spiegarmi perché ho "addebito" Con Alditalk se non applicano il kombi-paket e anche l’altra cosa? Ricordo di non aver usato il mio telefono durante quel giorno fino a mezzanotte, che quando ho provato a fare in modo che il pacchetto non rinnovasse automaticamente.

I had problems with Aldi Talk recently, wrote to them an email and after 2 days they apologised, fixed the problem and topped up my account with 10 EUR
Talk to their support, first of all, your ALDI Talk shouldn’t go into debt in the first place but when there’s no balance available, whatever package booked should be cancelled automatically, second of all, I don’t know where the 8.99€ and 4.00€ charges on 21.01. are coming from, it strongly looks like the Kombi-Paket S got booked twice on mistake (likely on ALDI Talk’s side).
Another question, did you have the Kombi-Paket S booked for December and didn’t cancel it? Because if you didn’t, it automatically renewed itself on 13.01. with balance remaining.
“Not Applicable” reads like an error-text, and I assume, the 4€ were generated because of that errror. Talk to the support, they must fix it (remove those 2 charges, and maybe give you some bonus).
