Jesus fucking wept, a Garda did that to a woman in the Garda station. I’d love to see the sentencing guidelines that doesn’t have that at the maximum sentence, let alone what mitigating circumstances could possibly cause the judge to knock off 2 years.

Jesus, the poor woman. The maximum sentence for sexual assault is ten years and life for false imprisonment. Let’s give him six years and he’ll be out in two. What the actual fuck?
Once again the Irish courts show they care more about the scum cunt criminal than the victim. 6 years is a fucking joke, and there’s not a hope in hell he will spend anywhere near 6 years in jail.
