      Yes, I get the same results with a German tax calculator (plus or minus 100€ on the income tax).

      Assuming you don’t have a company car or any other “Geldwerter Vorteil”, can’t deduct things like the cost of your commute, aren’t member of a church, etc. The most basic version of the calculation that should give you the correct ball park.

      Seems off, try using this one [https://www.brutto-netto-rechner.info](https://www.brutto-netto-rechner.info) . Since you mention single person I am assume you are not married therefore you are tax bracket 1. 65k yearly in the category 1 would amount around 3,3k net a month.

      Yes it’s almost correct +- few euros since depending on other things like the health insurance company and whether you pay church tax or get child benefits etc, the number will vary.
