And there is the opening, right there in his statement, i quote “80% of the cost of the war is carried by Europe and Ukraine”. That means there is very little (relatively speaking) neededfrom Europe to exclude USA from the table.

Since the begining of his dreaded 2nd term, in many countries, the USA has turned from ally to adversary. Ukraine is no different and would be best to distance themselves from this traitor. He already screwed over allies in his 1st term by negotiating with the enemy & the same thing is going on now, what more proof do you need.
