Ciao, da quando sei stato molto utile con la mia borsa di spazzatura enigma, proporrò un altro problema. Io e il mio partner abbiamo affittato un appartamento per 5 mesi che sembrava troppo bello per essere vero per il prezzo, sfortunatamente eravamo troppo storditi dalle dimensioni e non cercavamo segni di muffa che si sono rivelati ovunque. Abbiamo pulito un sacco e ci siamo ammalati molto nel processo, ma ogni giorno troviamo un nuovo posto e ora possibile muffa nera su un pezzo di legno casuale nel bagno. Abbiamo firmato un contratto predefinito e il proprietario non è irragionevole. Quanti diritti hanno gli inquilini belgi, cosa possiamo fare? Poiché l’edilizia abitativa è molto limitata nel nostro caso, preferiremmo cercare un risarcimento/risoluzione immediata del problema piuttosto che rompere il contratto

What is the lowest temperature in the apartment? You need to heat the place to at least 16 degrees at all times.

We had the same problem and we bought dehumidifier/air ionizer and it helped tremendously. But we have a small one room apartment so I don’t know if that will help you
This does not look like structural mold.
Ventilation and heating. Especially if it is an older building. I would get a cheap dehumidifier in the mean time. It can take a while before it is resolved.
Your couch also looks like it is ‘blooming’ which could indicate that your heating is too low.
I’ve had the same problem in my flat since I moved in (4 years ago) from a leak in the corner that hadn’t been fixed. I spray vinegar on the wall to keep it at bay, but I hate living with it.
My (terrible) landlord raised my rent according to the index and I don’t think o should pay that increase, and said so – but now I am housing insecure and can’t afford a move. I don’t know my rights either and hate having a bad relationship with my landlord. Not sure what to do either.
So I understand where you are coming from, not an easy situation.
