The devlopment of the ANS4G that will take over from the ASMP/A-R will enter into its 3rd phase ahead of schedule that nuclear vector will be hypersonic with speed approaching Mach 9 or 10.
The range will far exceed 1000km. The yield of the warhead will be adaptable between 75Kt to 600Kt this will give more flexibility of use against the current fixed choice. Those ”new” nuclear warhead are produced by TechnicAtome.

Both the French nuclear energy strategy, nuclear weapons strategy and dedication to avionics is paying dividends. Big time. I’m glad we have them on our side, at least someone knows what needs to be done and they knew it for decades. They avoided the critical errors that plague the rest of Europe.
