Be very clear on this: Lindsey Graham is not a *stupid* man. He is actually intelligent and capable of rational thought, he’s not a dumbass. HOWEVER, he is compromised, a trump puppet, will not stand on his own conscience and ethics, and must **never** be trusted.
The man is lying and talking in circles. If you listen to it a few times, he’s more than happy to have Ukrainian’s continue to die. His two call outs to the audience are nothing but red herrings, to cover up the fact that his statements don’t make logical sense. Just like a shitty preacher does.

Trump negotiated a complete withdrawal from Afghanistan, handed the entire country to the taliban, freed thousands of their prisoners, and then dumped it in Biden’s lap and said “eh, you sort this out”.
