    1. With every decision like this, he’s a better leader. Just a disgusting blackmail from the US

Thankfully not giving into the Trump (Putin stooge). Never trust any signed US Trump agreement… ever.

      Thank lord.

FFS, since Trump offered boots on the ground occupation, EU needs to wake up and realize this has been balooned and offer the same.

Cynical real-politik shit: this orange mobster snakeoil salesman has always pushed gaudy facades with no substance so he doesn’t realize western companies really don’t even need his Ribbentrop-Molotov “negotiation skills” to dominate mining in Ukraine. They have capital, gear and know-how.
Ukraine already poses an uphill battle of own investment and good deals.

But the self proclaimed “best deal maker” doesn’t even try this, does he? Nope, straight up partitioning of Ukraine.

We’ve waited, we’ve given orange moron a chance. Time to realize that a rare moment of truth arrived in Europe. A Chamberlain moment.

They’d be wise not to sign anything with the US for at least 4 years.

Trump is doing a deal with Ruzzia for Ukraines resources. Carving up Ukraine like they did to Poland, Germany, etc. This time, however, the US doesn’t need any boots on the ground.

That decision cannot be made solely by one person. Mining is incredibly harmful for the environment and the people living over the land. This would need a referendum and a detailed report at minimum as it screams occupation, just in Orange Mussolini language.

The US lost its credibility by not honoring its security guarantees under the Budapest Memorandum. Demanding half of Ukraine’s wealth 30 years later is a sick gimmick.

Putin and Trump are cut from the same cloth.

      Little, little men.

      I was expecting something like:

      * US companies get some number of first right-of-refusal options for exploration or new/renewed mines, or

      * US gets preferential trade rate compared to other competitors for some number of years (say, for 10 years)

      * Operations using American-made equipment fast-tracked for new operations

      etc. Something like that.

But 50% of all actual minerals found? That’s…insane. And exploitive.

    9. 0Tezorus0 on

” Ukraine not ready to give 50 % of its mineral value for absolutely nothing. “

    10. angelorsinner on

Z: you can get ALL minerals, if you expell the orcs from Ukraine. If not then 25%
