Ok, in Germania c’è un’opzione Google durante la ricerca tramite Google chiamata The News. Non riuscivo a trovarlo in Finlandia, ma forse sono solo io.

Might be a language thing. I get the “News” tab here in Finland, but I use Google in English. If I switch to Finnish it disappears.
Yes, that’s just Google. I doubt it has anything to do with your country, unless Google is blocked there.
user interfaces are adaptive nowadays. google seems to switch things by itself and i have trouble finding stuff myself.
i have hardly never used the google news search to search for finnish language news though.
