You don’t have to tip at all in self serving restaurant. For them, it doesn’t hurt to try, but they will not expect you to tip.
The tipping culture in Yerevan is unfortunately getting worse, but is nowhere near US levels.
The fact that it’s in English tells you who they’re targeting.
