There’s quite a few English websites you’d easily find with a brief google search, try wander-lush.org for example. By reading that, you might get a feeling on the means of transportation, like private taxi, shared taxi, train, bus, marshrutka… Ease of travel, level of comfort, budget and willingness to get to understand the country are huge factors
FYI your route brings you through a part you won’t be able to drive through as there are border guards – and I’m not talking about the Russian border. And arriving so late, you likely aren’t going anywhere- better have a room arranged for the night in Kutaisi. Marshrutka will be cheapest and most dangerous. You might be able to take the train from Kutaisi to Tbilisi, and from there, marshrutka up north (or private driver or rent a car)
There are a few ways of doing that but given your arrival time the easiest way will be the airport bus to Tbilisi and get a marshrutka there. Kutaisi airport has cheap busses that are prebookable and tied to your flight number so you can safely book without worrying about delays.
Is that Gudauri / Kabegi you’re headed to? Take the metro to Didube and get a marshrutka there, it’ll be morning by then and not long to wait for the first ones to leave.
The only way that’ll get you there quicker that time of day is a taxi, even during the day it’s probably best.
IDK any marshutkas but there are Omni-buses outside the airport thatll take you to tbilisi
From kutaisi there is a train to Batumi.
From Batumi, take a train to Tbilisi.

If you’re not going to Batumi, there is an airport bus that goes directly to Tbilisi

From Tbilisi take marshrutka from didube station.

Expect things to be about as punctual and reliable, as DB is 😉
Take Omni Bus from Kutaisi to Tbilisi, they are scheduled according to the flights. You will probably be in Tbilisi around 6-7 AM, go to Didube Metro Station and take a marshutka to Kazbegi (you won’t find this online).
